CBSE TRAINING ON STRESS MANAGEMENT

CBSE COE Patna organized an informative seminar on 30th April, 2023 in the premises of Loyola High School. The topic of the seminar was “Stress Management”. The resource persons of the seminar were Mr. Apurv Satyam, Principal, Trinity Convent School, Danapur, Patna and Ms. Puja, Master Trainer Vidya Vikash Samiti, Jharkhand. They were whole heartedly welcomed by the Principal, Rev. Brother Sudhakar Reddy. Floral bouquets were presented to them. The seminar was attended by sixty participants.

The main motive of the seminar was to explain the concept of stress and the ways in which it can be managed. Emphasis was also laid on its sources. Many group activities were conducted which made the seminar an interactive one. The participants actively participated in the discussions expressing their views and ideas. Through this seminar a lot of information was gained. To evaluate the understanding of the participants a test was conducted towards the end. As a token of gratitude the resource persons were felicitated by shawls. The seminar concluded by a Vote of Thanks.
