On 21st June, 2023, International Yoga Day was celebrated in our school. All the teachers were a part of the blissful session.
The teachers were immersed into strengthening their mind, body and soul through yoga session. Rev. Brother Sudhakar Reddy, our Principal, also took part in it. One of our teachers, Mr. Satyajeet Jacob was the yoga instructor for the day. We did stretching exercises and a few asanas. The teachers happily cherished the yoga session as it relaxed them after a long and tiring day. There was a peaceful aura that enveloped all the teachers.
